Ryan Roberts specializes in finding creative and efficient solutions for his clients in complex intellectual property matters, including high-technology patent and trade secret disputes, from pre-litigation through discovery, depositions, summary judgment, and appeals in federal district courts, the Court of Federal Claims, the International Trade Commission, and the Patent Trial and Appeal Board. Ryan has a robust pro bono practice, including representing dozens of domestic violence service providers at the Second Circuit and in the Supreme Court in their successful amici support of a domestic violence survivor responding to a petition under the Hague Abduction Convention.
Before graduating from Stanford Law School, Ryan interned for the Honorable Robert W. Schroeder III in the Eastern District of Texas.
