Kate Rohde focuses her practice on a broad range of life sciences and healthcare matters. She counsels clients on regulatory, compliance, transactional, and legislative issues.

Kate graduated summa cum laude from the University of Pennsylvania Law School, where she served as an articles editor for the University of Pennsylvania Law Review. During law school, Kate also served as President of the Health Law and Policy Pro Bono Project, an intern for the Senate Health, Education, Labor and Pensions Committee, and an intern for the National Health Law Program. She received her Bachelor of Science from the University of Pittsburgh in Bioengineering.
