Abby Rose focuses her practice on commercial real estate transactions, representing developers, investors, and institutional clients in the acquisition, disposition, leasing, and financing of commercial properties. She has experience across a broad range of asset classes, including office, retail, industrial, and multifamily. Abby also maintains an active pro bono practice, assisting individuals and organizations with transactional matters.

During law school, Abby worked as a student attorney for the Michigan Entrepreneurship Clinic. She also served as a contributing editor on the Michigan Journal of International Law. Prior to joining Arnold & Porter’s Real Estate practice in 2024, Abby was an associate in the Real Estate group of another prominent law firm.
