Nora Schneider represents and counsels a broad range of clients, including hospitals, physician practices, ambulatory service providers, healthcare management companies, and pharmaceutical and medical device companies on healthcare regulatory, litigation, and public policy matters.

Ms. Schneider's regulatory and litigation experience includes representing and advising healthcare providers on matters related to Medicare and Medicaid fraud and abuse issues, "Stark" physician self-referral laws, and anti-kickback laws; regulatory and legislative initiatives affecting the healthcare industry; Medicare and Medicaid regulations and policies; and federal and state pharmaceutical laws. As part of her practice, Ms. Schneider represents clients in criminal and civil investigations brought by the government, as well as conducts internal investigations. Her transactional practice focuses on advising clients on the regulatory, structuring and business considerations in healthcare business transactions and contractual arrangements.
