John Scholer is an attorney in the firm’s Litigation group. John represents Fortune 500 companies spanning energy, insurance, life sciences, and consumer products in commercial litigation, antitrust class actions, product liability, and toxic tort actions across state and federal courts and in government investigations brought by DOJ and SEC. An active citizen of the firm, John has a strong pro bono practice focused on landlord-tenant matters, advocating for clients in eviction proceedings and housing-related disputes. He also is a member of the firm’s eData group.
John earned his J.D. at Georgetown University Law Center.
