Anne Elizabeth Soh is a member of the firm's litigation practice group. Her practice focuses on the discovery phase of complex civil litigations and regulatory actions as well as protection of the attorney-client privilege and work product doctrine.
Ms. Soh has worked on matters relating to the regulation development process for the Toxic Substances Control Act (TSCA) as well as assisting in internal fact investigations and document collections for various litigation, regulatory and governmental investigatory matters involving the cleaning products, consumer & home, cosmetics, healthcare, global media, oil and gas, pharmaceuticals, professional sports, telecommunications, and tobacco industries.
Ms. Soh’s pro bono practice concentrates on multi-state voter ID litigation and election protection advocacy.
Prior to joining Arnold & Porter LLP, Ms. Soh was Assistant General Counsel of the Kumho Group in Seoul, Korea, and advised on corporate matters for the conglomerate's airline, petrochemical, tire manufacturing, life sciences, and other businesses. Previously, Ms. Soh was a foreign associate in the Mergers & Acquisitions group at a New York firm. She also worked as a consultant for the legal and operational risk departments of International Finance Corporation in Washington, D.C.
Ms. Soh is a graduate of Wellesley College and earned a J.D. from Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law.
