Anne Elizabeth Soh works on trade remedy matters with Arnold & Porter's international trade practice, where she prepares factual and data submissions in antidumping and countervailing duty proceedings before the US Department of Commerce.

Ms. Soh is also a member of the firm's litigation group, where she focuses her practice on complex civil litigation in the pretrial phase.

Ms. Soh assists with discovery aspects of various regulatory and governmental matters for clients in the pharmaceutical, telecommunications, financial services, and energy industries. In recent years, she has concentrated on strategic case data analysis for multidistrict litigations and preparing depositions for intellectual property and FDA matters. She has also worked on matters relating to the development of regulations for the Toxic Substances Control Act (TSCA).

Ms. Soh's pro bono practice concentrates on multi-state voter ID litigation and election protection advocacy. She has also assisted in cases involving excessive force by law enforcement and human trafficking labor issues.

Prior to joining Arnold & Porter, Ms. Soh served as Assistant General Counsel for general corporate matters for the Kumho Group in Seoul, Korea, performing work for the conglomerate's airline, petrochemical, tire manufacturing, and life sciences companies. Previously, Ms. Soh was a foreign associate in the mergers & acquisitions group at a New York law firm. She also worked as a consultant for the legal and operational risk departments of the International Finance Corporation in Washington, DC.
