Kenesha Starling Duncan represents public and private corporations, partnerships, and small companies in a broad range of complex business and commercial matters. Kenesha’s experience includes complex contract disputes, oil and gas litigation, complex bankruptcy litigation, employment litigation, general commercial litigation, and guiding clients through various methods of alternative dispute resolution. Kenesha handles issues related to breach of contract and fiduciary duty; preferential and fraudulent transfers; confirmation proceedings; claims of discrimination, retaliation, and harassment; and violations of the FLSA, Title VII, ADA, ADEA, FMLA, and state law.

Kenesha graduated summa cum laude from South Texas College of Law-Houston, where she served as Editor-In-Chief of the South Texas Law Review, was a member of the Order of the Lytae, and was the recipient of several honors and awards including for outstanding advocate and the Dickerson-Moore Humanitarian Award.
