Lindsay Strong focuses on product liability, mass tort defense, and complex commercial litigation matters. Lindsay represents several of the Firm’s Fortune 500 clients in product liability actions and other commercial disputes. Her work focuses on all phases of litigation including discovery, expert witnesses, dispositive motions, settlement strategy, and trials. Lindsay’s experience includes deposing fact and expert witnesses, arguing pre-trial motions, drafting motions, preparing cross-examinations of both expert and fact witnesses, preparing direct examinations, and assisting her trial teams in all trial proceedings. Lindsay’s expert witness depositions have led a Court in a Multidistrict Litigation to exclude the expert witness from testifying.

Lindsay maintains an active pro bono practice, focusing her work on appellate representation. Most recently, she assisted a team in successfully petitioning for rehearing en banc and persuading the United States Court of Appeals for the Eighth Circuit to reverse precedent, securing a victory for the Firm’s client. Lindsay also works with the National Veterans Legal Services Program (NVLSP) to assist veterans in applying for discharge upgrades to secure benefits they earned during their service.
