John Thomas represents clients in transactional real estate matters, including the negotiation of joint ventures, acquisitions, dispositions, leases, and financings. He maintains an active pro bono practice.
During law school, John served as managing editor of the Columbia Journal of Transnational Law and served as a judicial extern for the Honorable Nicholas G. Garaufis of the United States District Court for the Eastern District of New York.
Prior to joining Arnold & Porter's Real Estate practice in 2022, John was an associate in the Real Estate practice of another prominent law firm.
