Aishwarya Totad

Aishwarya Totad focuses her practice on intellectual property litigation. With a background in both Computer Science and Computer Engineering, Aishwarya has litigated patents across a wide range of technologies such as metasearch engines and information retrieval software, web chat technology, display screen technology and haptic feedback in electronic devices. She has worked on issues such as patentability, invalidity, and infringement. While in law school, she worked on patent prosecution matters involving mechanical patents, software patents, and patents involving lasers and optical fibers.
