Laura Turner counsels life sciences and healthcare industry clients on a broad range of matters, including government price reporting, fraud and abuse compliance, legislative matters, and general regulatory issues. She advises clients on Medicaid, Medicare Part B, Department of Veterans Affairs, and 340B requirements, as well as the Anti-Kickback Statute, state drug price reporting and transparency laws, and healthcare transactions. Laura also counsels clients on complex arrangements between manufacturers and specialty pharmacies, pharmacy benefit managers, managed care companies, and group purchasing agreements.
