Anish Vaidya is a member of the firm's litigation practice group, representing clients in a wide array of litigation matters. He has trial experience in antitrust class action litigation and represents clients in the pharmaceutical and life sciences industries.
During law school, he externed with the Civil Division of the U.S. Attorney's Office for the Eastern District of New York, served as a judicial intern for the Honorable Eric N. Vitaliano of the Eastern District of New York, and was a legal intern with the New York City Department of Health and Mental Hygiene. Anish also interned with the legal department of Bristol Myers Squibb.
Anish received his J.D., cum laude, from Brooklyn Law School, where he served as Executive Articles Editor of the Brooklyn Journal of Corporate, Financial & Commercial Law, was a member of the Alternative Dispute Resolution Honor Society, and served as a Health Law & Policy Fellow. He received his B.A. in Biological Sciences from Rutgers University.
