Camille Vermosen advises clients on data protection, privacy and cybersecurity matters, with a focus on client compliance with existing EU and national data protection, privacy and security legislations. She guides clients on best practices for the GDPR, the e-Privacy Directive and related regulations. Specifically, she assists with developing data protection policies, agreements and notices, as well as dealing with data breaches and global data transfers. She also has experience with negotiating and drafting commercial and IT contracts.

Prior to joining Arnold & Porter, Camille worked at the IP/IT team of a leading business international law firm in Brussels. She also completed a traineeship at the European Union Intellectual Property Office (EUIPO) in Alicante.

Camille is a native Dutch speaker, who is also fluent in English and proficient in French.
