Gus Weinkam advises clients on a broad range of tax matters, including tax issues relating to domestic and cross-border mergers and acquisitions, corporate and partnership matters, real estate investments, investments by pension funds and sovereign wealth funds, and other transactional matters.
Mr. Weinkam received his LLM from New York University School of Law and his JD from the University of Pennsylvania Law School, where he was Executive Editor of the Journal of Law and Social Change.
