Haley Westman is an associate in the firm’s Complex Litigation group. Haley represents clients in complex commercial disputes across state and federal courts and in arbitration, providing strategic counsel at every stage of litigation, from pre-suit negotiations through discovery and dispositive motion practice. Concentrating on the healthcare industry, Haley has represented clients in a broad range of matters, including class actions, consumer protection disputes, breach of contract claims, insurance coverage matters, medical malpractice actions, unfair and deceptive trade practices claims, and data breach and privacy litigation.

Haley graduated magna cum laude from Seattle University School of Law, where she served as Executive Research and Training Editor of the Seattle University Law Review. She also served as President of the Alternative Dispute Resolution Board, was inducted into the Order of Barristers, and clerked for the Washington State Office of the Attorney General.
