Haley Westman is an associate in the firm’s Seattle office and a member of the Commercial Litigation team. She has broad experience representing individuals, businesses, and employers in complex commercial disputes. Haley guides clients through every stage of litigation, from pre-suit negotiations to appeals, providing strategic and practical counsel throughout the litigation process.

Haley graduated from Seattle University School of law, where she served as the Executive Research and Training Editor of the Seattle University Law Review and President of the Alternative Dispute Resolution Board. Before joining the firm, Haley was a student attorney at the Seattle University Civil Rights Clinic and a law clerk at the Washington State Attorney General's Office.
