Alex Whisnant practices employment litigation across a wide range of matters. His work focuses on representing employers in matters involving discrimination, harassment, wrongful termination, retaliation, and state law torts. He has experience supporting trial teams through various stages of litigation and has experience in arbitration. Alex has represented clients across various industries, including food and beverage and technology. He also maintains an active pro bono practice.
Alex graduated magna cum laude and Order of the Coif from the University of California, College of the Law, San Francisco. In law school, Alex served as a senior articles editor for the UC Law Journal and interned for Magistrate Judge Laurel Beeler in the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of California. He earned his B.A. in Biology and Government from the University of Virginia.
