Matthew Wilk focuses his practice on complex patent litigation and pharmaceutical antitrust matters. He represents leading technology, life sciences, and consumer product companies in high-stakes intellectual property disputes in federal district courts and in inter partes review proceedings before the Patent Trial and Appeal Board. His experience spans all phases of litigation, including pleadings, fact and expert discovery, claim construction, dispositive motion practice, trial preparation, and appeal. Matthew also has significant experience litigating antitrust matters in the pharmaceutical sector, including cases involving alleged pay-for-delay and related competition claims, and regularly advises on strategy at the intersection of patent and competition law.

Matthew earned his J.D. from Boston College Law School, where he was an oralist on the Philip C. Jessup International Law Moot Court Team.
