Bryan R. Williamson counsels and represents clients in government contracts and national security matters. He also represents buyers and sellers in complex corporate transactions, including mergers, acquisitions, and bankruptcies. Bryan’s background as a government contracts litigation attorney in the U.S. Army Judge Advocate General's (JAG) Corps gives him unique perspective on navigating the complexities of doing business with the government.

While in U.S. Army JAG Corps, Bryan represented the Army in complex multi-million dollar contract disputes litigation. His experience includes litigating many complex contract appeals before the Armed Services Board of Contract Appeals and first chairing several bid protests at the Government Accountability Office. As an Army Reservist, Bryan continues to serve part time in the U.S. Army JAG Corps.

After law school, Bryan served as a term law clerk for the Honorable Mary Jo Heston of the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Western District of Washington. In law school, Bryan externed for the Honorable Michael J. McShane of the U.S. District Court in the District of Oregon, clerked for the Oregon Department of Justice’s Civil Recovery Section, served as the Operations Editor for the Oregon Law Review, competed on the Oregon Law Moot Court Team, and held both the Hans Linde and Public Law and Policy Fellowships. In undergrad, Bryan graduated magna cum laude and Phi Beta Kappa, where he was also the elected Student Body Vice President and a Division 1 rower.
