Biosimilars 2007

Biosimilars 2007 will be a two day conference to "air the issues' and "raise the questions" associated with the legislation currently under consideration in the US Congress to provide the authority for the FDA to approve and regulate biosimilars. The conference will cover the main areas and issues of interest and concern to the innovator and generic biotech industry and the public—legislative, policy, intellectual property, regulatory, scientific, economic/financial, standards and nomenclature. The experience to date in other jurisdictions, such as the EU and Japan, will also be considered.
