William A. Tanenbaum, Partner and International Chair of the Technology, IP and Outsourcing Group, spoke during PLI's one-hour Green Technology webcast of "Trading Carbon Credits in the EU: What US Companies Need to Know" on May 20, 2008 at 1 p.m. The program focused on the existing EU Emissions Trading Scheme (the "EU ETS"), the changes to the EU ETS proposed by the European Commission and insight into compliance with EU ETS regulations. Sapna W. Palla, Counsel in the Litigation Department, also participated in the program.
