Waks, Partner in the Litigation Department of the New York office and Chair of the firm's Employment & Labor Law practice, spoke on "Litigation and Arbitration of Employment Class Actions" on June 16, 2008 at PLI's 30th Annual Conference on Litigating Employment Discrimination Claims. The PLI program, attended by 194 attorneys from corporations, public entities and law firms, was presented simultaneously live in New York and by webcast.
