Alice Young Spoke at Ascend Convention

Alice Young, Partner and Chair of the Asia Pacific practice, spoke at the Ascend 2008 National Convention on August 17-19, 2008 in New York City. Ascend is a national organization dedicated to the development of Asian American finance professionals with over 800 members expected to attend. Ms. Young spoke on a panel titled “Has America Lost its Luster?” which explored global IPO and capital raising trends and the ramifications of IFRS, Sarbanes-Oxley, and other business and legal factors. She also participated in a mentoring session comprised of distinguished female executives who shared their perspectives on succeeding as an Asian and female in the workplace.
