William A. Tanenbaum, International Chair of the Technology, Intellectual Property & Outsourcing Group and Partner in the GreenTech Group, spoke at the PLI Webcast, "Turning Green Buildings into Green Cash - LEED Certification and NY Tax Incentives" on January 14, 2009. Mr. Tanenbaum discussed how certification is obtained and used to obtain expedited zoning and similar rulings from governmental agencies. He also addressed the tax incentives offered under New York State programs to incorporate environmental sustainability features in buildings and real estate developments.
