Lewin Participates in Delegation to U.K. Governing Bodies on Hedge Fund Industry Developments

Daniel Lewin, Partner in the Tax Department, participated as part of a tax delegation from the The Alternative Investment Management Association ("AIMA") that briefed HM Revenue & Customs, HM Treasury and the U.K. Financial Services Authority on the tax and commercial challenges for the U.K. hedge fund industry in the post-credit crunch world. Mr. Lewin's presentation on October 1, 2009, detailed "Industry Issues and Developments — Lehman, Madoff and the Post-Credit Crisis Scenario."
