James Blank Spoke at American Lawyer's 2nd Annual Litigation Summit

James S. Blank, Partner in the Intellectual Property practice group, spoke at the American Lawyer's 2nd Annual Litigation Summit “The Business and Art of Litigation” on October 5–6 2010, in New York City. Mr. Blank participated in the panel discussion titled “Risk & Responsibility vs. Cost Control: Managing E-discovery’s Great Balancing Act.” The Summit covered some of today’s hottest issues including risk management, shareholder issues, the impact of media, the challenge of international dispute resolution and a host of other issues. This year's event explored not only how general counsel and their outside advisors can employ state of the art business tactics to minimize the costs associated with litigation, but also how they can be pro-active in preventing litigation in the first place.
