Alice Young Speaks at Harvard Asian American Alumni Summit
October 15–17, 2010
Alice Young, Partner and Chair of Kaye Scholer’s Asia Pacific practice, spoke at the inaugural Harvard Asian American Alumni Summit 2010 at Harvard University on October 15–17, 2010. Since the 1990s, Asian Americans have been among the largest and fastest-growing segments of the Harvard alumni population — a group that includes some of the world’s most innovative figures in public service, business, science, technology, law, academia, media and the arts, representing a broad range of experiences and backgrounds. Ms. Young participated in the panel discussion titled “Asia Rising: Opportunities and Risks,” on October 16, 2010. Ms. Young, and other top alumni who have made their stamp in Asia, offered their thoughts on where the region’s headed and discussed opportunities they see for Asian and Asian American alumni to contribute and work there — and pitfalls to avoid.
