Diane Holt Frankle and Alice Young, Partners in the Corporate Department, participated in a Women in M&A Reception, an evening of dinner and conversation with senior women professionals active in M&A in Silicon Valley. The event took place at the historic Stonebrook Court estate in Los Altos Hills, California. Kaye Scholer co-hosted along with Houlihan Lokey and Shareholder Representative Services, LLC.
