Kaye Scholer Sponsors the 9th Annual REFF-Wall Street Renewable Energy Finance Forum 2012

Kaye Scholer is a sponsor of the 9th Annual REFF-Wall Street Renewable Energy Finance Forum, which will be held on June 19-20, 2012 at The Waldorf=Astoria in New York City.

Partner Madeline Tan will moderate a panel discussion, along with Laura Lovelace of Wellford Energy, on the topic of “Making Sense of the Political Landscape.” The discussion will examine the alternatives and opportunities for renewable energy participants, given the shifting focus of government policy in this election year and the increasing uncertainty about availability of capital for renewable energy projects.

The annual conference attracts international key players from the renewable energy industry, including investors and fund managers, venture capitalists, project developers and government and regulatory bodies.
