Property Group Partners, the Developers of Capitol Crossing will share the history and project overview of this bold mixed-use project, which will be built over an active highway in DC's Central Business District. Capitol Crossing will consist mainly of office buildings with ground floor retail, below-grade parking and a small component of residential use. This 246,000 square foot site is the largest continuous undeveloped site remaining in Downtown Washington and will be designed to LEED Platinum qualifications.
