Jesch to speak at WM Seminar on the Draft German Investment Act

Thomas A. Jesch, Counsel in the Frankfurt Office, is to speak at the WM Seminar “Draft German Investment Act, AIFMD and VC Ordinance” in Munich. He will present an overview of the future tax treatment for private equity funds in Germany. A second presentation will deal with the regulatory environment for the distribution and management of private equity funds in the U.S.
