Upcoming CLE Course: Enforcement Trends Update

Arnold & Porter attorneys Dan Kracov and Jeff Handwerker will be teaching a CLE course -- entitled Enforcement Trends Update -- at the Princeton, NJ offices of GE.  This presentation will cover recent trends in FDA and healthcare enforcement and discuss potential areas of risk and best practices for pharmaceutical manufacturers.  Presenters will address enforcement trends pertaining to commercial contracts and price reporting, promotional and scientific communications, manufacturing, and post-marketing commitments.  The course will be held on September 25 from 1:00 - 4:00 pm.  Those interested in attending must contact Daniel Kracov by 3:00 pm on September 20 at (202) 942-5120 or daniel.kracov@aporter.com, and must arrive at GE's offices by 12:30 pm on September 25 to clear security.
