Upcoming CLE Course: Critical Issues in Pharmaceutical Promotion and Medical Affairs Activities

Arnold & Porter attorneys Dan Kracov, Diane Bieri, and Marilyn May will be teaching a CLE course -- entitled Critical Issues in Pharmaceutical Promotion and Medical Affairs Activities -- at the Princeton, NJ offices of Novo Nordisk. This interactive program will provide an overview of the regulatory framework and emerging issues and risks pertaining to pharmaceutical company promotional and Medical Affairs communications, including healthcare economic communications. A particular focus will be online, formulary and pre-approval communications.
