Trends and Hot Topics Concerning Pharmaceutical Industry Risk Enforcement

Arnold & Porter attorneys Diane Bieri, Jeffrey Handwerker, Dan Kracov, and Ariane Horn will be teaching a CLE course -- entitled Trends and Hot Topics Concerning Pharmaceutical Industry Risk Enforcement -- at the Whippany, NJ offices of Bayer HealthCare Pharmaceuticals. This interactive program will discuss enforcement trends and best practices involving arrangements with customers, including managed care and pharmacies; and legal and compliance issues relating to scientific exchange. The course will be held on February 20th from 12:00pm to 1:30pm. Those interested in attending must contact Emilie Lawson by 3:00pm on Wednesday, February 19th at 202-942-6712 or emilie.lawson@aporter.com, and must arrive at Bayer offices by 11:00am on February 20th to clear security.   New Jersey, New York and Pennsylvania CLE credit is being sought for this program.
