Renz, Counsel in Kaye Scholer’s Frankfurt office, gave a lecture at the “Update Data Protection” event on March 31, 2014 in Wiesbaden on the topic “Organization of Compliance Function and Data Protection.” He discussed ways in which the particular functions can be designed optimally and in accordance with regulatory restrictions.
