REPOOL 2014 – Workshop Series on "Structuring Real Estate Funds"
Kaye Scholer, in association with Connos, Hauck & Aufhäuser and Schomberg Consulting, continue their successful workshop series on “Structuring real estate funds” under the new “REPOOL 2014” label in Hamburg on October 23, 2014 and in Frankfurt on November 20, 2014. Thomas A. Jesch (Counsel, Frankfurt office) will deliver a presentation on new requirements for insurance companies with regard to real estate fund investments under the revised Investment Regulation.
Further presentations will deal with the tasks of risk manager under the German AIFMD Implementation Act (Connos) and the respective practice of depositary banks under the new regime (Hauck & Aufhäuser). Bärbel Schomberg (Schomberg Consulting) will moderate a panel discussion about “Endless Regulation – Where is the business?”.
Furthermore, Sebastian Wohlers (Warburg-Henderson) will deliver a keynote on specialized funds in Hamburg and Nico Rottke (EBS European Business School) will analyse the financing of real estate transactions in Germany in 2014. Cushman & Wakefield will deliver a presentation on the status quo real estate market in Germany in 2014.
