Henry Morriello to Moderate Panel at the 17th Annual Global Airfinance Conference (Dublin)

January 20 – 22, 2015

Henry Morriello, Kaye Scholer Partner and Finance Department Chair, will moderate the panel "Capital Markets: Why the drop in EETCs and rise in ABS transactions?" at the annual Global Airfinance Conference on January 22 at the Convention Centre Dublin. Panelists include Deutsche Bank Managing Director for Capital Markets and Treasury Solutions Patrick Käufer, BNP Paribas Managing Director and Global Head of Transportation Eric Eugene, and Jet-Alpha Asset Management President David Andrews. The panelists will discuss the recent drop in airline EETCs, differences between international EETCs and US EETCs, why airline and lessors should make greater use of the capital markets, and whether or not more lessors will enter the ABS market.

Kaye Scholer is a proud sponsor of this annual conference hosted by Euromoney Seminars and Airfinance Journal, bringing together airlines, aircraft lessors, manufacturers, commercial and investment banks, and other industry professionals to discuss aviation developments and industry trends, as well as finance projections for the 2015 market.
