Mulitz to Speak at ELFA’s 2015 Legal Forum
Kaye Scholer Aviation Finance & Leasing Practice Co-Head Michael Mulitz will speak on the “Lender and Lessor Liability” panel at the Equipment Leasing and Finance Association’s 2015 Legal Forum, which is being held May 3-5 in Nashville, Tennessee. The panel will discuss key issues that secured lenders and lessors need to know in order to assess and mitigate potential third party liability claims exposure in leasing and financing transactions, covering aviation, shipping, rail and other types of equipment. The panel will take place on May 5 and be moderated by Mitchell Neider, Associate General Counsel of Banc of America Global Leasing.
The Forum will include discussions on key issues in the equipment leasing and finance industry such as Canadian and Latin American leasing, bundled solutions, syndications, vendor finance, structured leasing, bankruptcy, lease economics, advanced lease negotiations and a diverse range of current topics relevant to the equipment leasing and financing industry.
