Miller to Provide Litigation Perspective on Patent Prosecution at PLI Seminar

Silicon Valley-based IP partner Jeffrey Miller will present “The Litigation Perspective on Patent Prosecution” on August 11 as part of Practising Law Institute’s two-day Advanced Patent Prosecution Seminar 2015: Claim Drafting & Amendment Writing in San Francisco. His presentation culminates the two days of lessons by reviewing the impact from prosecution of an application in subsequent enforcement activity. It will cover common errors, ways to avoid those errors and lessons to take back for prosecution practice.
