Washington, DC-based senior counsel Adam Golodner moderated the "A Strategic Approach to Policy, Regulation and Incentives for AI" panel at the BENS Discussion on Artificial Intelligence: Opportunities and Challenges for Industry and Government event on April 13, 2017.

• How policymakers should think about the application of artificial intelligence in different verticals (e.g., transportation, health care, financial services, IT, electricity, education, cybersecurity)
• The difference, if any, about AI that would lead  governments globally to apply any new regulation, law or  incentive structure
• How industry and government should treat trust, proprietary algorithms, transparency, and intellectual property rights
