LGBTQ Board Members: It's About Time

Diversity of perspectives on boards of directors is a critical concern for corporations as they focus on fostering diversity and inclusion, strengthening corporate performance and representing the broader interests of stakeholders. Additionally, recent California state legislation and NASDAQ rulemaking are aimed at increasing the presence of members of underrepresented communities--including people identifying as LGBTQ+--on corporate boards.
