Litigation partner Robert Weiner was quoted in a recent ABA Journal article, “ABA Adopts Guidelines Aimed at Preventing Fines and Fees that Penalize Poverty.” The article examines how the ABA House of Delegates recently approved best-practices guidelines which aim to stop incarceration of people who cannot pay court fines and fees.
