Litigation associate Daniel Jacobson was quoted in a recent New York Times article, "Federal Employees Are Warned Not to Discuss Trump 'Resistance' at Work." The article discusses recent guidance issued by the Office of Special Counsel that says federal employees displaying or making statements at work about impeaching or resisting President Trump could equate to political activity they are prohibited from engaging in under the Hatch Act.
