Ambassador Thomas A. Shannon Jr., Senior International Policy Advisor at Arnold & Porter, was interviewed in BBC News Brazil and Foreign Policy about incoming Brazilian president Jair Bolsonaro. Prior to his appointment as Under Secretary of State for Political Affairs at the State Department, Ambassador Shannon was the US Ambassador to Brazil.
