Environmental partner Lawrence Culleen was quoted in a recent Chemical Watch article, "TSCA Fees for Imported Articles Could Bring Confusion, Noncompliance." The article discusses the effects of a new EPA regulation requiring importers of "high-priority" chemicals to pay a portion of the fees required for compliance with the Toxic Substances Control Act.
