Culleen Quoted in Bloomberg Law on EPA Relaxation of Chemical Fees

Arnold & Porter Environmental partner Lawrence Culleen was quoted in a recent article from Bloomberg Law, "Auto, Other Importers to Get Chemical Fees Break, EPA Says." The article discusses the Environmental Protection Agency's announcement that it will not enforce the requirement for companies who import certain high priority chemicals in their products to identify themselves as entities subject to TSCA fee payment obligations.
