Martel Quoted in Bloomberg Law on New DOJ, EPA Coronavirus Responses

Arnold & Porter Environmental partner Jonathan Martel was quoted in a recent Bloomberg Law article that summarizes the legal community's reaction to the DOJ's decision to suspend civil debt collection during the coronavirus pandemic.
He was subsequently quoted in another article from Bloomberg Law discussing a new EPA rule that would allow industrial plants to temporarily delay quality assurance tests in light of pandemic-related travel restrictions.
