Environmental partner Lawrence Culleen was quoted in a recent article from Bloomberg Law, "EPA Toxic Chemicals Report Spurs Call to Act Prior to Rulemaking." The article discusses the results of the EPA's risk evaluation of two commercial solvents—methylene chloride and 1-bromopropane—and the agency's proposals for controlling the hazardous chemicals prior to regulation.
