Kracov Quoted in Bloomberg Law on FDA Leadership Changes

Arnold & Porter partner Daniel Kracov, co-chair of the firm's Life Sciences and Healthcare Regulatory practice, was quoted in an article from Bloomberg Law discussing the recent resignation of the FDA's chief counsel, Stacy Cline Amin.
While changes to the agency's personnel fluctuate between career staff and political appointees, Kracov predicts that reestablishing the independence of FDA will be a priority under the Biden Administration.
