Norberg Featured on ‘Fraud Eats Strategy’ Podcast Discussing SEC Whistleblower Program

Securities & Enforcement Litigation partner Jane Norberg was featured on a recent episode of the Fraud Eats Strategy podcast discussing the creation and impact of the SEC Whistleblower Reward program. Norberg, who helped build and develop the SEC’s whistleblower program since near its inception, is only the second person to serve as Chief of the Office of the Whistleblower of the SEC. On the podcast, Norberg provides her perspective on the program’s development and success, as well as considerations and best practices for companies in handling whistleblower complaints.
