Daniels Featured in The National Law Journal on Growth of Government Spending

Kara Daniels, who chairs the firm’s Government Contracts & National Security practice, was featured in a recent article from The National Law Journal about the impact of increased government spending on the demand for government contracting legal services. The article highlights deep experience of the Firm’s full-service government contracts team, and spotlights anticipated trends that industry will want on its radar. Daniels anticipates an increased procurement focus on greener products and sustainability in federal operations. She also predicts an uptick in enforcement actions generally given the pandemic spend, as well as increased False Claims Act activity in response to DOJ’s cyber-fraud initiative.
